license of CHANGELOG, Contributors, etc … files
Hi,
I was wondering, if non-code files of a project, like the changelog file or the contributors file do need to have a license, too? fossology is showing these files also as issues, without like “automagically” accepting it as unlicensed. How to proceed with these files?
They have a license but they not relevant for a binary distribution (typically).
