In the Positioning Document, is there a difference between describing the Solution in the start and Problem Oriented Solution? Because we are inherently describing the solution based on the problems identified!!

The Solution in the Market Positioning form is your first take to the ideal solution your product provides to a specific user persona. After that first take, you need to use the Positioner form to clarify the specific problems and their solutions using your product. These are more detailed than the initial solution and often have a prioritization component (what are the most important problems and solutions for a given user persona). Ideally, these problem-oriented solutions go into more details and offer the top priority problem-solutions.
