Primary message and Product description

Hello,
What does primary msg mean ? We are already recording their problems, stating the ideal solution to those problems and then giving them detailed solution of how our product will solve their issues. What other primary message and product description should we provide, since we are already telling them the solution our product is going to provide in the problem oriented solution column.

Hi Kundar
When positioning your product(s) to different user personas, you should think of ways to communicate with them. That’s what the “Primary Message” stands for here. Use the positioner form to come up with better messages.
There might be some overlap between the solution and the message, of course. But the latter is focused on external use (e.g. marketing, distribution, communication, etc.).
