Deine Aufgaben

  • Design and draws up the procedure for application and asset management and ensure consistency with all other IT process
  • Operationally deploy the processes for all application and assets and maintain the corresponding tools up to date. Guarantees the provision and maintenance of all It process
  • Provide support to Application and Asset manager in appropriating and implementing the process as well as managing the associated risks
  • Manage indicators related to the application and asset portfolio
  • Carry out the process related quality and risk review
  • Coordinate the continuous improvement in the area of application and asset management
  • Be an application/asset manager for orphan application / assets

Dein Profil

  • ​​​​​Study with focus on Information ‘s technology
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL, ideally specific to ITIL Service Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in application, software or asset management
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with a proven ability to communicate complex results to inform decision making
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and presentation
  • Target and Solution oriented working attitude with assertiveness and strong coordination skills
  • High flexibility and teamwork skills in an international and intercultural environment
  • High sense of responsibility, independent and proactive work
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels, positions and backgrounds
  • Highly self-motivated and customer orientated
  • Fluent in German and English.
