The RRZE as the IT service provider of the Friedrich-Alexander University is looking for a

TASKS

  • update several ophaned redmine plugins http://www.redmine.org/plugins
  • publish updated versions on github
  • maintenance of “adopted” plugins
  • commit changes to redmine core project
  • programming solutions for different problems

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • workload: at least 8 h/week
  • experience in Ruby on Rails, CSS, HTML, JavaScript
  • opportunity/interest in a long term cooperation
  • fundamental know how in object oriented programming
  • ability to work independently or with less guidance

“NICE TO HAVE” SKILLS

  • Knowledge in one ore more of the following technologies/products/protocols

  • Eclipse, Linux, PostgreSQL, apache, nginx, passenger, redmine

  • LDAP, SQL

  • Basic German language skills

  • Bachelor or Master students one year left from graduation preferred

Employment duration is limited.
