You can also find LaTeX and Word templates from the ACM.
This one looks nice and simple, and it will probably be helpful to some. Thanks for posting!
ACM has the worst tex/word templates of all times.

Having used them, I also think they could benefit from a rewrite to make them a little less fragile, but they do have the desired style.
