Which part of the team will be assigned as Scrum Master or Release Manager?
Hi,

I have a question about the Scrum Master and Release Manager roles. So we need to assign, for each week, a new Scrum Master and a new Release Manager. Are these roles only going to be taken by Software Developers? Or shall also the Product Owners become Scrum Masters and Release Managers?

So: Who is part of the pool of potential Scrum Masters and Release Managers? Only SDs, or SD+PO?
