Question about the value of expression

still one question from my side.
Could I know how to calculate the expression P(¬C|¬B,LC) and P(¬C|¬B,¬LC) ?
given:
P(C|¬B) = 0
• P(C|B, LC) = 0.8
• P(C|B, ¬LC) = 0.1
Whether C is independent of LC?Then we can deduce a notation from C is independent of LC ,which is P(¬C|¬B,LC) =P(¬C|¬B,¬LC) =P(¬C|¬B)=1?
Am I correct?Please correct me if I am wrong.
