Hey we have some questions for the Project
Fragen zum Interview:
● Dürfen wir persönliche Daten besitzen (Datenschutz)
● Sollen wir eigene Interviewbögen schreiben? (Wie?)
● Beispiel Interview und Beispiel Fragebogen haben keinen Bezug zueinander?
● Kontakt zu Firmen, um die Interviews durchführen zu können ( Zeitlimit von einer Woche)
● Mögliche Firmenkontakte für Interviews

I answered these questions among others in the email sent today. But here are the answers again.
● Dürfen wir persönliche Daten besitzen (Datenschutz)
Apart from the name and the company, you don’t have to provide other personal data of the interviewees in the business plan. The business plans will not be published. During the interviews, make sure to inform the interviewees how you will use the interviews, whether you will record them etc.
● Sollen wir eigene Interviewbögen schreiben? (Wie?)
Use the guidelines and examples in the WP1 folder in Student Materials. Create your own questionnaire for 20-30 min interviews with potential customers. Use the topics/subsections in the business plan template to outline the important questions to ask (e.g. ask about customer needs, perceived value, prices, distribution etc.).

Use the Interview Questionnaire example in the WP1 folder in Student Materials to create your own. We don’t provide an example of an interview.
● Kontakt zu Firmen, um die Interviews durchführen zu können ( Zeitlimit von einer Woche)

If you have already contacted/interviewed some people, include them in the interview matrix. You should start interviews as soon as possible. If you need more time, you can continue conducting interviews in the next three weeks, because you will need to use the interview data for WP2 (Buyer & User Persona). Don’t wait until the last minute though. You need to analyze the interviews and that can take some time. If you need help finding interviewees, tell us in a separate email.
