we are the Surgical Planning and Robotic Cognition Lab (SPARC) from the Department Artificial Intelligence in Biomedical Engineering.
We are looking for a motivated HiWi to support us in hosting a reinforcement learning challenge for surgical robotics.
You would be involved in building the infrastructure, conducting the challenge, and writing a paper about the challenge results.
The challenge will build upon our work LapGym that was recently published in the Journal of Machine Learning Research.
You should have some experience in python for machine learning, web development, and optionally reinforcement learning.
